At the door
Reception —
a second per guest.

At the door
Most of the chaos happens in the first 20 minutes.

FAQ
What people ask before they start.
How many people per minute?
One station handles roughly 30-40. Three stations in parallel, over 100.
What if the venue has no signal?
Scanning needs a connection. Make sure there's stable wifi at the door position before the event.
Can we give a guard access without exposing everything?
Yes. There's a role that only sees the scanning screen.
Can we tell who didn't turn up?
Yes. Afterwards the list shows who confirmed but never checked in.
