What people ask before they start.
How far ahead should we send it?
Usually two to three weeks before, with a reminder three or four days out. The reminder only goes to people who haven't replied, so you can chase without nagging.
What about older guests who don't use WhatsApp?
Open the phone desk: whoever helps you gets a link showing only the names still outstanding, and marks each answer. They get no access to the rest of the system.
Can the invitation include a design or photo?
Yes. It goes out on WhatsApp with an image and the details, linking to an RSVP page styled in your colours.
Does the guest need an app?
No. Everything happens in WhatsApp and the browser.
