At the door

An RSVP call centre —
without opening the system to anyone.

Send one link to whoever is helping you call, and they join with their name alone. From then on they see a single dialling screen — not the guest list, not the reports, not the settings.

At the door

There are always a hundred names left that never replied to anything.

They did not answer the WhatsApp, the reminder, or the second reminder. Those hundred get closed on the phone, in one evening.

One link, no accounts

Send it over WhatsApp. Everyone helping joins with their own name — no password, no email invite.

Only the dialling screen

A caller can't reach the list, the reports or the settings. The side menu isn't even loaded for them.

No two callers overlap

A guest opened by one caller is locked to them; anyone who already replied never enters the queue.

One call per household

Guests sharing a phone number come up on one card, and you can pull in another relative mid-call.

No answer isn't a dead end

No answer means a retry 45 minutes later. After three attempts that name rests until the next morning.

One list, not two

A confirmation taken by phone sits on the same row as a WhatsApp one, tagged "by phone".

How it works

Four steps.

Pick the audience

Only those we sent an RSVP to who never replied, only those who registered without answering, or everyone unanswered — including invitees uploaded from a file.

Share the link

Pass it to the two or three people helping that evening.

Call

Each caller gets one card at a time — one guest, or a household sharing a number — with the script in front of them.

Watch it

See who is connected, who they're speaking to and how many confirmations came in today.

FAQ

What people ask before a night on the phone.

What exactly can someone with the link see?

Only the dialling screen. They have no access to the reports, the settings or any other event, and they cannot open or export the guest list. Inside a live call they can search by name or phone to pull one more relative into that same call. Typing a different address by hand simply returns them to the dialling screen.

Do our helpers need accounts?

No. They join through the link with a name only, no password. You can remove one specific caller at any time, and at the end of the evening refresh the link — the old one stops working immediately. Note that anyone holding the current link can join again, so refreshing the link is what closes the evening.

How do you stop two people calling the same guest?

Every guest is locked to whoever picked them up first, until an outcome is recorded or the caller skips them — then they go back into the queue. If someone closes the browser mid-call, that name returns to the queue within two minutes.

Which phone do we dial from, and is there a per-call charge?

You dial from the caller's own handset — tapping the number on screen opens a normal call. The system runs the queue and records the outcomes, and there is no per-call charge in it.

Ready to finish the list by phone?

Open an account, share one link and start dialling — no commitment. The call centre is for guest-list RSVP events; on events that sell paid tickets attendance is settled at checkout, so it doesn't open there.
