How it works
Four steps.
Turn it on
Switch the album on in the event settings. The door message itself lives under message settings — on most events it is already bound for you.
Scan
Every guest with a mobile number who is marked as arrived gets the link on WhatsApp within about a minute — one message per guest, out of your WhatsApp balance.
Project
Open the screen link on the laptop wired to the projector.
Keep
Photos stay in the album for as long as you set.
FAQ
What people ask before switching an album on.
Do guests need to install an app?
No. The WhatsApp link opens in the phone's browser, and photos are picked from the gallery like any file upload. There is no sign-up and no password.
What do we need at the venue to show the photos?
A laptop with a browser connected to the projector or screen, and one link. You open the page and hit the full-screen button once; from there it pulls in new photos continuously and pushes one that has just arrived to the front. There is a pause button too.
What if someone uploads something we don't want?
You remove it from the moderation link, from a phone, mid-event. It leaves the album and the screen, and the files are deleted. Blocking a sender takes down everything they have sent at once.
How long are photos kept, and who can see them?
180 days by default, and you can shorten or extend the window in the event settings — 0 turns the automatic deletion off. Only someone holding a link sees the album, and the location data a phone attaches to a photo is stripped on upload.
